Question:  Does JustBeautyDeals.com collect Sales Tax?

Answer:  JustBeautyDeals.com is owned by Beauty Bros LLC, a New Jersey based online beauty company.   Any order shipped to a NJ address is required to pay 7% New Jersey sales tax.   No sales tax is collected outside of New Jersey.

  

Question:  How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Answer:  Once the payment is processed, most US Domestic orders should be received within 4-7 business days from the time that you place your order.  International orders will typically take 10-21 business days.  

 

Question:  Why does the packing material look used?  

Answer:  JustBeautyDeals.com is an environment friendly company and we re-use shipping and packing materials.   All the beauty products are brand new and are packed securely for transit.   There is no invoice included in the package.  All invoices are sent electronically to customer's email address.   JustBeautyDeals.com is trying to "GO GREEN" for the future.

 

Question:  How can I verify that Just Beauty Deals checkout page is secure?  

Answer:  You can verify the security by making sure the URL in the address bar begins with "https". The "s" denotes a secure socket layer protected with 128 bit encryption. You should also see a "lock" icon in the lower right (IE) or the lower left (Mozilla Firefox) of the browser or a "key" graphic in the lower portion of Netscape Navigator. These indicators also confirm that your browser communication is encrypted (private) and secure.

  

Question:  What forms of payment does Just Beauty Supplies accepts? 

Answer:  Just Beauty Supplies currently accepts following payment options:

Question: Do you accept international transactions?  

Answer:  Currently, JustBeautyDeals.com does not accept any international orders through the website.  We do accept international email orders.  Please let us know what items you are interested in and we can provide you a USPS shipping quote.  We only accept PayPal for payment.  Beauty Bros LLC will email you a PayPal invoice for payment.  International orders will typically take 10-21 business days.  All international orders will be delivered with the following USPS Priority International 6 to 10 Day Delivery Service. JustBeautyDeals.com will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped with an email.   All packages will be known as gift for Customs. 

Question:  How to cancel an order?

Answer:  Since JustBeautyDeals.com use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.  All orders are final sale.  Please make sure you are buying what you want, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at cs@justbeautydeals.com for any advice or help.

 

Question:  What do I do if my shipment comes damaged?

Answer:  If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no charge.  Please send an e-mail describing the damages to cs@JustBeautyDeals.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on returning the damaged package.  In the meantime, please save all the packaging and contents of the package.

 

Question:  Does JustBeautyDeals.com offer any discount to online customers?

Answer:  JustBeautyDeals.com currently offers 2 discounts for the US online customer.  During your checkout, there is a coupon section that you will need to enter in the discount coupon code.  Discount code is displayed in Red below.  Please copy and paste the Red discount code to the correct coupon code section while checking out.

1)    1)  Spend over $79.99 and get 10% percent off.  Discount code:  10%offover$79   Total amount of the products must equal or more than $79.99 for the 10% off discount.  Excluding taxes and shipping charges.

2)    2)  Spend over $189.99 and get 15% percent off.  Discount code:  15%offover$189   Total amount of the products must equal or more than $189.99 for the 15% off discount.  Excluding taxes and shipping charges.

 

Question:  What may cause my order to be delayed? 

Answer:   The following will delay your order from being shipped as soon as possible.

1)  If your shipping address is different from your billing address, JustBeautyDeals.com will need to verify with the person who has actually purchased the items online.  We will email the billing customer to verify the online purchase with a scheduled phone call or faxing of any legal documentation.  JustBeautyDeals.com has every right to cancel any suspicious orders anytime and we will notify the Identity/Security Theft Authorities.  

2)  When your shipping address is not recognized by the USPS.com address database.  JustBeautyDeals.com will contact you by email to verify your mailing address. 

3)  If your package is returned to JustBeautyDeals.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge the same shipping cost to ship it back to you.  Additional shipping cost will be required first before we ship anything out again.

  

Question:  If I do not feel comfortable putting my credit card information on the website.  Can I make a phone order?

Answer:  If you prefer not to put your Credit Card Information online on our SSL 128 bit encrypted secure website, you can finalize your order by providing us your credit card information over the telephone, voicemail, or fax and we will finish the rest of the process for you.   Please checkout our “How to Order” section for the different ordering details and procedures.
