Just Beauty Deals Return Policy

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Cosmetics, Nail Implements, and Hair Pieces) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.   JustBeautyDeals.com charges a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.   Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless JustBeautyDeals.com made an error with the shipping address.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Cosmetics, Nail Implements, and Hair Pieces items due to sanitary health reasons.  Please make your selections carefully.

JustBeautyDeals.com require the following information to process your return.  (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

·         RMA number

·         Full name and address

·         Phone number

·         E-mail address

·         Your reason for returning the merchandise

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be required for all returns.  No returns will be accepted without the RMA #.  When returning your package, please email us at rma@justbeautydeals.com with your name, order number, returned items, and your reasoning for the returning merchandise.  Once we have acknowledged your return request, JustBeautyDeals.com will send you RMA # through e-mail with your confirmation approval for the return.   Please make sure that this RMA # appears on the outside of your package.

 

All returns must be shipped back to JustBeautyDeals.com using a tracking courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL Delivery Confirmation).  Any package that has not been received by JustBeautyDeals.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

How to cancel an order?
 Since JustBeautyDeals.com use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.  All orders are final sale.  Please make sure you are buying what you want, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at cs@justbeautydeals.com for any advice or help. 
 
 

Damaged Shipment

If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no charge.  Please send an e-mail describing the damage to rma@justbeautydeals.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on returning the damaged package.  Please save all the packaging and contents.

 

Just Beauty Deals Exchange Policy

 

You will be responsible for all shipping costs for any exchanged items.  A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will be required for all exchanges.  Please save all the packaging and contents.  Any shipping cost you incur to exchange the product to us will not be refunded.  All returns must be shipped back to JustBeautyDeals.com using a tracking courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL Delivery Confirmation).  Any package that has not been received by JustBeautyDeals.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

 

If you would like to exchange your item for something else, please email us at rma@justbeautydeals.com with your name, order number, exchanged item, new item request, and reason for the exchange.  Once we have acknowledged your exchange request, JustBeautyDeals.com will email you RMA # by e-mail with your confirmation of the exchange.   Please make sure that this RMA # appears on the outside of your package with the unused item. 

 

Please pack the item securely and keep a record of the method and date of your exchanged item shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to our office.  A copy of the printed emailed invoice must be included with exchanged merchandise or your exchange will be rejected.  This will ensure that the product is received and processed correctly.  Once the exchanged items have been received and processed by JustBeautyDeals.com, you will be notified of the shipping cost for the new item.  Any price differences between the original item and the new requested product will either be charged or refunded through the original method of payment.   Any shipping cost you incur to exchange the product to us will not be refunded.  

 

Special Orders, International Orders, and Sale Items are excluded.  Used products and opened items are excluded.  Some personal care items are excluded due to health regulations and sanitary concerns.  Here are the following products which are excluded for returns/exchanges:

 

Nail Implements (Nail Clippers, Nail Tools, Cuticle Nippers, Nail Pushers, & Nail Polishes)

Hair Pieces (Wigs, Hair Pieces, Hair Extension, Hair Weaves, & Hair Brushes/Clips)

Open Cosmetics

Tweezers

Shears/Scissors

Open Blades
