Just Beauty Deals Shipping Policy

JustBeautyDeals.com ships all packages with USPS.com (United States Postal Service).  Our shopping cart is integrated with USPS.com online delivery tracking information service.  You may select from the different USPS delivery service options that are available to you: USPS First Class Delivery Service, USPS 2 to 3 Day Priority Delivery Service, and USPS Parcel Delivery Service.  JustBeautyDeals.com will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped.  The tracking information will be attached to the final email confirmation, which the subject is displayed as "Status Change (#XXX, Shipped)" from orders@justbeautydeals.com email address.

Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 business hours from the time that the payment is received.  JustBeautyDeals.com will send you will receive a payment received email confirmation, which the subject is displayed as "Status Change (#XXX, Payment Received)" from orders@justbeautydeals.com email address.  Therefore, most orders should be received within 4-7 business days from the time that you place your order.  If you any questions about the shipping policy, please email us at rma@justbeautydeals.com.

 

How to cancel an order?
 Since Justbeautydeals.com use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.  All orders are final sale.  Please make sure you are buying what you want, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at cs@justbeautydeals.com for any advice or help.

 
International Shipping Policy

Currently, Justbeautydeals.com does not accept any international orders through the website.  We do accept international email orders.  Please email us at orders@justbeautydeals.com.  Please let us know what items you are interested in and we can provide you a USPS international shipping quote.  We only accept PayPal for payment.  Beauty Bros LLC will email you a PayPal invoice for payment.  PayPal will handle the currency conversion.  International orders will typically take 10-21 business days.

 All international orders will be delivered with the following USPS Priority International 6 to 10 Day Delivery Service.  Justbeautydeals.com will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped with an email.   All packages will be known as gift for Customs.


Shipping Process Delays

The following will delay your order from being shipped as soon as possible.

1)  If your shipping address is different from your billing address, Justbeautydeals.com will need to verify with the person who has actually purchased the items online.  We will email the billing customer to verify the online purchase with a scheduled phone call or faxing of any legal documentation.  Justbeautydeals.com has every right to cancel any suspicious orders anytime and we will notify the Identity/Security Theft Authorities.  

2)  When your shipping address is not recognized by the USPS.com address database.  Justbeautydeals.com will contact you by email to verify your mailing address. 

3)  If your package is returned to Justbeautydeals.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge the same shipping cost to ship it back to you.  Additional shipping cost will be required first before we ship anything out again.

 


Damaged Shipment Policy

You must contact us immediately.  There is a 24 hour grace period, once you have received the damaged item.  There is no exception to this rule.  Each order delivery has a tracking number with a detail information of the date and time of the shipment.  Please do not contact us after 25 hours, or after a few days, or after a week, or after a month when you have received the damaged delivery.  Your replacement request will be denied.  During your order checkout, you have acknowledge our Terms and Conditions and our Shipping policy.  If a product is damaged during shipping, again you have 24 hours to contact us.  We will replace the damaged product at no charge and we will ship the replacement product to you for free.  Please send us a picture and an e-mail describing the damage to rma@justbeautydeals.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on what to do with damaged package. Please save all the packaging and contents.  Most of our packages are insured, you are required to help us fill out a insurance claim for the damaged order, in order to receive the replacement order or product.
